Free Yoga Class @ Riverbend Park
This is a gentle yoga class and includes breath awareness, gentle movement, stretches, and balance poses. Great for beginners of for anyone just wanting to slow down, stretch, and feel good.
Each class will leave you refreshed, renewed, and relaxed.
All ages and experience levels are welcome.
Must be able to get up and down from floor.
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat and/or large towel.
