This yoga classes includes mindfulness of the breath,
gentle movement and stretches; and can help to
improve one’s strength, flexibility and balance.

Each class will leave you refreshed, renewed and relaxed.

All ages and experience levels are welcome.

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a
yoga mat and/or large towel.
